Would you like to join a well-renowned leisure & entertainment firm, where customers are at the heart of what they do? We are looking for a skilled Senior CRM Executive to be an integral part of our client’s marketing team based in London or Manchester.
This role is ideal for you if you:
- Have a keen interest in CRM within the leisure & entertainment industry.
- Are looking to leverage your skills in setting up customer journeys, and automation skills to make an impact to the business.
- Want to play a crucial role in generating revenue and coming up with customer retention & loyalty programs.
Essential Skills for the Perfect Candidate:
- 2 -3 + years of experience within CRM and setting up customer journeys and automated flows.
- Understanding of copywriting and light experience within it.
- Have experience within the B2C industry.
In this Role, You Will:
- Take the lead and manage all existing customer value growth marketing initiatives, developing a test-and-learn approach to improve performance.
- Improve CLV and customer journeys.
- Plan and operate targeted communication campaigns and use customer data to personalize comms and offers.
- Focus on building retention and loyalty programs.
