• Salary : 90,000 to 120,000 Swiss francs (Based on experience) + 15% bonus
• Location: Lausanne, Switzerland – Fantastic relocation package and visa provided.
• Hybrid: 3 times per week in the office

What you would do as part of the role:

• You will will leverage social listening and digital insights to inform strategic decision-making for social media and reputation management.
• Analyse and interpret data, transforming it into actionable, compelling insights for the global business.
• Collaborate across teams to establish robust measurement frameworks and drive innovation in communications strategy.
• Monitor conversations and identify emerging trends to support proactive communications.

Essential Skills

• Significant experience in social listening and digital media for global brands. 5+ years of experience
• Proficiency with social listening tools such as TalkWalker, Sprinklr, Cision or Google Analytics
• Experience working for or with large brands within their communication teams, with proven experience sharing insights and supporting their strategy
