3Search are delighted to be working with a full-service, integrated brand performance agency that has an amazing client portfolio of big-name global brands mainly from retail, fashion/luxury, e-commerce and lifestyle sectors- many of whom are retained, long-standing clients. With a team of about 80 they're able to offer expertise across SEO, Creative, Performance, Data, Social and Paid Media to their clients. They're also part of a wider agency network group offering extra collaborative opportunities.

The SEO team are looking to hire an Account Manager with solid and specific expertise within SEO. This is a client facing role; you'll typically work on approx. 3 client accounts/projects at any given time and be responsible for all things SEO. You'll work collaboratively with other internal departments (PPC, Paid Social, Data Analytics etc.) as well as take ownership of your own client relationships.

The role will see you working on/managing:

• Site migrations
• Managing roadmaps
• Content/copywriting for web
• Link building
• Content marketing strategies
• Technical audits of client's website/SEO
• 2 direct reports (execs).

This role will report into the Head of SEO and work closely with an Account Director and others within the immediate team of 7. You'll have the opportunity to mentor and inspire 2 execs. who are keen to learn from this new hire.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• 3-4 years of direct SEO experience and understanding
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to juggle different projects simultaneously
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
