Fancy something a bit different?
One of the world's best-respected media firms has recently set up its own consulting startup, looking to package its own success and emulate it by bringing it to other media businesses through the use of data. They have brokered partnerships with some of the biggest media outlets in the world, and are now looking for strategy consultants to work on these projects and beyond.
Reporting into the Head of Client Partnerships, you will advise media clients on how to develop commercially sustainable journalism. You will explore how to harness customer data, optimise data visualisation, develop a customer-centric strategy around it to drive growth and build media models that are ready for the 21st century.
To thrive here, you must have at least 2 years' experience at a management consultancy with exposure to clients in the Media space and an excellent understanding of how media companies work. Because many of the project briefs that you will work on will be early-phases and interpretative, you should relish the chance to seize initiative and build out your own role. A sound knowledge of data is a big plus, as is experience in subscription and membership-based media models.
Salary is up to £65K, with massive growth opportunities as the company grows with the backing of its parent business. You should be globally mobile, as some projects will be international.
If you're a media-oriented management consultant who wants to step away from the corporate feel of a large consultancy, send a copy of your CV to Oli Gittings at email@example.com.
Regretfully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to respond to those who are successful.
Based in London, we can connect you with top industry talent.
