We are currently working with a popular health-tech start-up to recruit a Growth Marketing Manager. The successful applicant will lead the inbound marketing strategy, optimise the funnel, and scale the brands acquisition channels to deliver massive growth. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimising the brands marketing campaigns across all our channels (mostly digital but not only).


The Growth Marketing Manager will continuously increase the number of inbound qualified leads - through owning our inbound strategy and improving our current channels, and constantly proving & scaling new acquisition channels. As well as creating reporting dashboards of all key acquisition metrics - by identifying the right metrics to track and implementing a tracking machine that captures robust data across our different tools.  The Growth Marketing Manager will lead on driving sustainable growth and maximise conversion rates - by identifying frictions in the funnel and prioritising & running experiments. As well as creating annual and quarterly marketing plans and targets that will drive revenue and present regularly on performance and success and manage the strategy across PPC, Paid Social, CRM/Email, SEO, Events & Content.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth & digital marketing, ideally in a B2B startup environment! You will have a strong record in hitting targets and ROI, you’ll also be a fast learner and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
