We are currently working with one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe, as they expand their online marketplace selling some of the rarest collector items in the fashion world. Due to growth, they’re looking to hire an ambitious Performance Marketing Manager who take their digital customer acquisition to the next level.

The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee all planning, implementation and monitoring of performance channels (social, paid search, affiliates). Work closely with the design and content teams to implement creative paid social campaigns across FB, Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat. As well as scaling the growth or Google channels by implementing campaigns across paid search, google shopping and YouTube. Managing the relationship with the affiliate marketing agency, driving affiliate sales and managing the strategy. The Performance Marketing Manager will implement a test and learn approach on all performance channels, running regular A/B tests to ensure all campaigns are running effectively, driving CPA, CTR & ROI.

The ideal candidate will have worked either client-side or agency-side in a performance marketing position and have technical expertise across PPC & Paid social, have managed budgets and worked in a number of geographies. They will be data-driven, yet super creative and not afraid for a challenge. Previous experience working for retail or footwear brands is desirable but not essential.

The brand offers an amazing opportunity as well as sociable company culture and great company benefits salary offered for this position would be between £45,000-£55,000 (DOE).
