As the successful CRM Insight Analyst, you will be joining a team passionate about managing the delivery of the CRM campaign and insight strategy, working with agencies to manage the campaign lifecycle process, deliver customer insight and reporting to shape strategic decisions
The team deliver highly personalised CRM campaigns, analysis and reporting with helps refine customer targeting approach and allows stakeholders to compete in the market. You will be focused on helping the team drive customer acquisition, retention and play a pivotal role in developing customer relationships.
- Contributing to the successful delivery of the CRM campaign management and insight strategy
- Liaising with marketing teams/agencies to specify, test and sign off the delivery of creating new/optimising existing CRM campaigns
- Development of campaign success KPI reports to constantly monitor delivery progress and resolving any issues
- Implementing and monitoring the impact of split testing and offer testing
- Delivering CRM performance reports and insight, including the ability to build propensity models and customer segmentation
- Implementing campaign & insight best practise processes
