Senior Product Manager
We're working with an exciting direct to consumer homeware brand who are based in London. They're looking to hire a passionate and customer focused Digital/eComm Product manager into their high-energy and rapidly expanding digital team.
This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who has experience working across the end to end strategy of the website and how to optimise eCommerce sales of high-end luxury products and has a strong background in understanding how to optimise sales on a high traffic-based site.
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you'll play a key role in helping to assist the wider digital strategy and increase optimisation on the initial purchases on their website. Your role will mostly be focused around the end to end user journey along with optimising purchases on the site. This will be mostly focused around data that is collected from speaking with customers and understanding the way they navigate through the site.
You will collaborate with designers, engineers and other members of the team on the end to end roadmap and how to understand how each customer landed on the site and the journey they go through right through to purchase.
The successful candidate will have strong advanced skills in digital product management, basic understanding of the customer data collection, complex high traffic website and a background in either retail or eCommerce. You will be able to multi-task efficiently, working well under pressure in fast-paced environments. You will bring an enthusiastic and energetic attitude to teams around you.
