They're looking to hire a Marketing Manager in their team to accelerate their growth by creating a brand that consumers know and love. Reporting to the Co-Founder, this role will be the first marketing hire in an early-stage business. You must be prepared to face the many challenges of a company in its infancy. We are looking for someone to not only offer high level marketing strategy, but then to implement it across our digital channels. This role suits a candidate who is keen for a challenge, to hit the ground running and to work with relative autonomy. This role offers real opportunity to grow and learn with a growing start-up in a rapidly expanding market.
The successful candidate will have a background working for a brand led company, ideally in the B2C space. They will have proven experience in building a brand and knowledge of both offline and online channels. If the candidate can demonstrate the ability to work in a company that’s growing in size that would be hugely beneficial to this role.
