A newly created opportunity for a Document Manager has arisen to join a highly respected professional services firm, based in Glasgow. This diverse and inclusive company is looking for an individual to help improve the operational efficiency of the work-winning function, by streamlining the tender management process.

Key responsibilities include formatting and proofreading proposal documents, actioning different angles of response to PQQs and creating templates for the bid function to execute winning submissions. This is a pivotal role that interfaces with a number teams including sales, finance, legal & compliance and is seen as essential to ensure the timely delivery of such tenders.

Previous experience within a Professional Services firm is desired, with a background as a Document Manager or Sales Administrator highly regarded. You will possess an excellent eye for detail and a continuous improvement mindset attitude, with quality and efficiency central to your natural traits.   

My client offers a salary of £30,000 with exceptional company benefits due to the nature of their business.
