We're currently working with a boutique B2B customer experience agency, who have an emerging and dynamic digital media proposition that has fast become a growth engine for the business. They are looking to expand their media team, with the appointment of a Media Account Director to provide advertising strategy and media planning services to top B2B technology and financial service brands.

Key responsibilities: 

• Reporting directly to the Media Services Director, you will work with client service teams and executive campaign managers to produce paid media strategies. Working directly with clients and agency account teams to define overall objectives, and specifying the channels and tactics that will best meet client objectives
• Leading clients’ paid media strategies – responding to campaign briefs, producing media plans and forecasts, and managing budgets
• Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
• Leading and managing the campaign process end-to-end, ensuring full quality control from planning through to delivery
• Working closely with campaign managers to ensure campaigns are optimised and client needs are met
• Analysing and interpreting data and campaign results, tracking and measuring against set metrics and providing recommendations for future activity
• Working closely with client services team and heads of departments (strategy, digital, creative etc.) to develop strategies and tactical plans
• Driving the expansion of business with existing clients
• Active involvement in new business pitches and RFPs

The ideal candidate will have a solid media planning and account management background and be experienced in developing B2B digital advertising campaigns across Social, PPC, Programmatic, and Content Syndication.
