We are working with a Private Equity business who are looking to hire their first Marketer into their high-growth team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic thinker who is also happy to roll their sleeves up and get involved in the day-to-day running of market-beating campaigns. 
 
The company only launched in 2019 and have achieved great success in their first full year of operation and are now looking to invest in their Marketing function in order to accelerate this. 
 
Reporting to the CEO, you will be: 

• Defining a growth strategy and brand positioning
• Working closely with the sales team to develop leads through the sales funnel
• Developing a best-in-class marketing strategy to target different audiences 
• Creating a digital content strategy to engage existing clients (and getting stuck into creating the content!)
• Driving brand awareness
• Delivering exceptional marketing collateral to explain the USP and proposition to clients 
• Building a team

 
The successful candidate will have a background in Investment or Private Assets Marketing. You will need to be a strategic thinker who also loves delivering campaigns and directing a small team to do so. You will have excellent digital marketing skills and will be excited by the idea of building out a marketing function for a growing and successful business.
