We're partnering with an exciting British eCommerce success story. This business has tapped into a budding global audience of hobbyists, by building an online community. Now it has taken the US by storm as well as Europe, it is looking to beef up its CRM capabilities. There's so much to do that you can really make your mark.

Role duties include:

• Build a personalised customer lifecycle strategy
• Look at driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities 
• Manage a team of 4 to optimise processes and automate the customer communications
• Drive loyalty 
• Work cross-functionally to be the customer champion across the business
