We are working with a FTSE 250 Real Estate business that is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager into their high-performing team in London. They are a well-respected brand and have over 30 years of heritage in the sector, with over 60 properties across London.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is a data and performance-focused digital role, with ownership over digital projects, the website and SEO/ PPC. The business drive over 80% of their sales through the website, so it is crucial that this person has technical knowledge of owning the user journey and developing leads. You will work with website builders and developers to build internal portals and manage digital projects across the business.
This person will be technical and LOVE data. You will be OBSESSED with Google Analytics and spreadsheets, and be constantly thinking about how you could improve processes and sites. You will also work with Technical performance agencies as you work together on PPC and SEO campaigns, to increase awareness of the brand and drive Top of the Sales funnel activity.
This role is technical and will require excellent knowledge of the below:
- Google Analytics, SEMRush, AdWords etc.
- PPC and SEO campaigns
- Website building and development
- CRO funnel and A/B Testing
The successful candidate will have a background in growth marketing, with strong experience in website management. The client is open to industry background and business size.
