We are working with an online marketplace, founded in 2014 and going through a new phase of growth. Since they were founded, they have grown the business to become the UK’s leading marketplace within their area in the EdTech space. Due to the online nature of their business and given the limitations in place over the last year, they have seen an increase in demand and online traffic. As a result, they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager to join the marketing team. 

The role will focus on managing paid channels that include Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and App marketing which will focus on driving customer acquisition and retention. In this role, you will also be in charge of planning, tracking and executing across these channels and hitting their goals of growing on a channel-by-channel basis. The role will work closely with other members of the growing marketing team across multiple disciplines, making sure performance marketing aligns with their marketing mix. 

The candidate should have demonstratable hands-on experience in these performance marketing channels, but also be passionate and proactive with their approach, showing a willingness to learn. They should be able to demonstrate experience in communicating well and managing multiple stakeholders. If they have had experience working in a lean, high-growth environment this would be beneficial. Finally, a balance of creative and analytical thinking will be a useful skillset for the role.
