I am on the hunt for a Technical Product Owner for an exciting high-growth leisure, travel and tourism tech company. They have had massive success over the last year and as a result, are looking for a product-first, scrum/agile whiz to come in and streamline the process, head up ceremonies and develop and grow the product to the highest standard.
Reporting to the CTO, you will implement the Scrum/Agile ceremonies and best practice, work on the delivery of new features, manage product-market fit and define and maintain Product vision.
The successful candidate will have a background in start-ups and scaleups and will ideally be comfortable having autonomy and creative freedom. You will need demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and since you will also be leading on scrum, you will need to be confident with Agile methodologies and ideally have a qualification in the discipline. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a backlog and write concise and understandable tickets. People management is key here; there is a key focus of listening to others and communicating the product vision effectively in order to be successful in this role.
