We are currently working with a popular direct to consumer subscriptions brand in London to recruit a Performance Marketing Director position. This hire will report into the senior leadership team and have full ownership over the brand's performance marketing strategy & team.

The Performance Marketing Director will own the performance marketing strategy and the execution across all markets (UK, France, German, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands and more) plus manage new market launches. Working with the wider team and relevant agencies the Performance Marketing Director will maximise customer acquisition by developing creative marketing strategies across a number of different channels, such as; Digital, Print/Offline, TV & Affiliates/Partnerships. As well as working closely with country managers to create commercial strategies for each market, adjusting budgets & channels accordingly. The Performance Marketing Director will report on performance weekly, monthly and quarterly and use insights to push future strategy. The main focus in this role is also to recruit and manage a world-class performance marketing team and have wider involvement in company culture strategy and recruitment planning.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial marketing and must have experience in working in a direct to consumer brand with strong expertise across a number of channels and geographies. You will love numbers and get a kick out of hitting targets. You’ll work proactively and always keep on top of things even in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment and be an inspiring and effective manager of people.
