My client is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join their Design team to work on a high growth fintech app. You will need to be a confident, versatile and experienced designer who is able to keep up to date with the latest design trends and UX best practices, working within established brand guidelines.

Reporting to their VP of Design, you’ll work closely with their team of experts including Brand & Communications, UX copywriters, UX research, Product Managers, Developers and other designers.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Someone with hands-on UX techniques and the ability and knowledge to get the information required to validate ideas and assumptions. Creating sketches, wireframes, user journeys and high fidelity mockups where required by following UX/UI best practices.
  • Proficient in modern product design and prototyping programs. Figma/Sketch/XD etc. You will be using Figma. Good working knowledge of Adobe CC products beneficial.
  • Creating representative, interactive prototypes and testing them with customers and non-customers as required.
  • 3-4 years experience ideally with fintech or financial service experience.

The salary will range between £40,000 - £45,000 depending on your experience and the offices are based in Central London. You’ll be working from the London office, fully remote or a mix of the two.
