We are working with a high growth FinTech who are looking to hire a Head of Demand Generation into their ever-growing global marketing function. This is the perfect opportunity for a revenue-focused marketer to join the business at an exciting time of exponential growth. 
Reporting to the CMO, you will take ownership of acquisition focused marketing and demand generation across both online and offline channels, whilst working alongside the wider marketing function to input into global strategy. 

You will work on the long-term strategy of the demand generation engine whilst continuing to execute the short-term strategy to drive awareness, traffic, and retention.
The successful candidate will have a background in FinTech, Tech or SaaS, with strong experience in demand generation/acquisition/growth marketing. You will be metric-driven with a deep understanding of the sales funnel. You will bring an energetic attitude to the teams around you.
My client offers a salary of $140,000 - $160,000 + bonus and benefits. This role can be based in Chicago or New York (with some flexible working)
