We have partnered with a top Property Developer that is looking to hire their first Head of Marketing into their growing team. The business has grown rapidly and they are now looking to supercharge their marketing in line with this growth. 

Reporting to the CEO, you will be in charge of setting out the Marketing strategy across the company’s multiple brands. The role is a senior position within the firm and requires a solid knowledge of Business and Marketing strategy to drive the performance of the business. You will work with agencies to deliver creative campaigns around projects that raise the corporate brand as well as targeting potential investors. The marketing is currently a blank slate and it’s a fantastic opportunity to completely build out a new strategy.
The successful candidate will have a background in Property Marketing as well as having knowledge of the investment market. You will have worked in a small business, and be comfortable with being in a stand-alone role, setting out a strategy and then working with agencies to implement it. 

The package is very competitive and the role can either be based in their Central London office or Bristol office.
