We are working with an online DTC scale-up experiencing a significant period of growth. As they look to increase their revenue streams, they have created a new role to head up their E-Commerce activity. The business has traditionally made its revenue through subscriptions, but with a growing customer base and an appetite to offer more to their audience, they have chosen to launch a new channel. 

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Head of E-Commerce should have a passion for working in a high growth business and be excited by creating something new across Europe. Key responsibilities will be focused on the commercial strategy, owning the P&L for the E-Commerce business and identify growth opportunities within the business. Finally, you will be a champion for this role and E-Commerce within the wider business.

You should have previous E-Commerce experience, experience of DTC organisations and be highly commercial and results-focused. The role will own the P & L and be in charge of driving trading activities of this new channel. It would be valuable to have experience working with a variety of stakeholders to integrate E-Commerce and bringing them on the journey with you.
