Head of Performance Marketing 
£70,000 - £90,000 + package 

We are currently working with a rapidly scaling DTC non-alcoholic drinks brand. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Head of Performance Marketing to build and scale their performance marketing team.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Direct the channel strategy, management, and budget allocation across the performance marketing mix to align with growth targets
  • This is a stand-alone role in a newly formed team so we'll need someone with the autonomy and ability to drive this area forward
  • Working closely with agencies to manage these channels, testing them when appropriate and helping drive activity daily
  • Plan and implement best-in-class paid marketing campaigns to grow user acquisition while maximising efficiency
  • Taking consumer insights to drive performance of these channels, suggesting recommendations and changes as a result 
  • Drive performance of channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Search, Influencer, Affiliates, SEO & Content Marketing 
  • Own all budgeting & forecasting for performance marketing and set out KPIs to hit and exceed user acquisition targets while driving towards cost-efficient growth
  • Ensure and set up tracking, attribution, reporting and optimisation
  • Make data-driven, strategic choices to optimise the channel mix and improve CAC

The ideal candidate will have DTC/Retail experience on either client or agency side and have a track record in delivering multi-channel campaigns.
