A global tech firm is expanding its team by looking to bring on an experienced Senior Bid Manager with the drive and capabilities to head up its strategic pursuits and bids. 

This role will take ownership for all bids within one of their key service lines, pitching into both the public and private sector. This division creates products that have helped multinational firms grow their tech capabilities, whilst also focusing on developing products that add social value in the childcare space and for the NHS. 

It will be a hands-on role that will allow you to work alongside the key stakeholders to develop the bidding capability of the division and help them take on must-win bids. As such, this will be a strategic and varied role that requires someone who is comfortable not just winning bids but working with senior members of the business on how to make their submission stand out. 

They are open on industry experience, but there are a couple of absolute musts for this role...
  • Be passionate about Bids and work winning - love what you do!
  • Be a bids allrounder – have strong writing AND process management skills
  • Have a strong eye for detail and a stickler when proofreading! 
  • Have strong up management and stakeholder skills
  • Be a structured individual who loves running a good bid process. 
  • Already be experienced at Bid manager level – managing the whole bid process from start to finish

“Nice to haves”
  • Expert Microsoft suite skills – including Powerpoint ideally
  • APMP membership and qualifications
  • Public sector bidding experience
  • Experience in bidding in the technology space
