We are working with a top real estate business who are looking to hire an Internal Communications Business Partner into their growing team in London. This is the perfect opportunity for a confident and collaborative candidate to join the business at an exciting time.

You will have complete ownership of one of the largest parts of the business, and report directly into the Head of Commercial Marketing. You will implement the Internal Communications strategy, drive employee engagement programmes, proactively manage internal content and develop very strong relationships with internal Stakeholders to build the Internal Comms strategy. There’s some really exciting, meaty projects to get stuck into that they’ve recently launched, whilst also helping to reposition their values & purposes.

The successful candidate will have a background in running Internal Communications strategies within large-scale, Matrix-style organisations, with strong experience in stakeholder management. You will be a team player, with an attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will manage a team of 2, so coming in with team management experience is also extremely beneficial.

My client offers a salary of up to £75,000 dependent on experience, with prosperous company benefits.
