We are partnered with a FTSE 250 listed Financial Services business looking to hire a Head of Marketing in a newly created role to support the business as they look to strengthen their marketing efforts. This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic senior marketer with a passion for leading teams and delivering tangible results.

Reporting to the Marketing Director and leading a team of 8, you will be responsible for forging a customer-centric marketing strategy, using data and insights to inform your decisions. You will work cross-functionally, utilising and engaging with the teams around you to produce strategic campaigns that attract each of the target segments.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of leading marketing teams within the Financial Services space. You will be a tactful leader, with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and influence people. You will work collaboratively and be a proactive marketer.
