My client are a high-growth B2B SaaS company, providing interview analytics technology. Having raised $7m in Seed funding, they're looking to hire a Product Operations expert, to help them grow their business in the US.


The Product Operations Lead will:

  • Work closely with leaders at customers to maximise the value they realise from the product
  • Consult with them in order to contribute to the product roadmap
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues in product and engineering to build products and tools that help deliver outstanding value
  • Create processes, dashboards, and tools that help us move faster and faster over time, while also increasing the levels of customer delight as we grow


Required skills and experience:

  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience communicating with customers, on a strategic and tactical level
  • Experience in a high-performance environment, either in an operations role at a tech company, or as a consultant at a top firm
