Working with a leading global gambling company, the Senior CRM Manager will be working on the CRM strategy for the following 12 months with key focus on developing emerging markets.


Supporting the CRM Director, the Senior CRM Manager will take ownership of comprehensive customer relationships and reward strategy, tailored to each customer.

  • Responsible for leading on-going segmentation on the consumer base to identify insights
  • Maximise customer lifetime value strategies
  • Email testing including set up, validation and review
  • Manage a team of 4 executives


Required skills and experience for the Senior CRM Manager:

  • Strong people management skills
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills
  • Use of multi-channel marketing solutions

As a Senior CRM Manager, you will have an extensive, successful track record in database marketing, profiling, and segmentation.
