An award-winning, global FinTech platform is seeking an Employee Communications Manager to join their communications team. This is the perfect role for an internal communications professional who wants to step up in their career. This role will report to the Senior Communications Manager and will be responsible for communication and engagement campaigns within the company’s existing portfolio of FTSE 100 clients. Additionally, you will create launch communication strategies for new clients.
The Employee Communications Manager will:
- Manage the on-boarding of a clients, creating their communications and engagement content and strategy
- Bringing innovative ideas to the table to improve employee engagement
- Create multi-channel communications content for the client and our client community.
- Execute surveys and feedback campaigns with our clients as well as plan and conduct focus groups.
- Track communications campaign engagement, learn and develop approaches to ensure communications are continually optimised for success
Required skills and experience:
- 2-3 years’ experience working in a HR or Internal Communications with some experience of employee engagement activities
- Passionate about social impact, interested in how technology can drive social change
- Track record of delivering engaging communications
- Stakeholder management
- Strong technical analysis skills - tracking engagement and effectiveness of communications using Google Analytics
