3Search is working with a leading FinTech business looking to hire its next Product Marketing Manager. Our client is an award-winning FinTech business with a social cause, they are passionate about helping workers to take control of their finances.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with a socially responsible business that is seeing a massive growth curve.

The Product Marketing Manager will:

• Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works, to create data-driven and actionable insights
• Building and executing the product marketing plan, from new product launches to regular engagement activities
• Driving impactful go-to-market launch strategies by owning the development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, and positioning
• Identifying, testing, and building out new B2B marketing channels to continuously engage with clients in their preferred channels of use Designing and implementing tracking plans, reporting on marketing metrics for collateral usage, campaigns and budgets
• Conduct research to understand B2B market and build ideal customer profiles
• Be responsible for the creation and launch of collateral and campaigns in line with commercial and target objectives

Required skills and experience:

• 2+ years in product marketing or general marketing
• Aware of product marketing best practices and emerging trends
• FinTech or Tech background
