This company was founded in 2016 and is a group of specialist recruitment businesses built by entrepreneurs working collaboratively towards one goal: partnering top talent into a diverse client base. They are formed of 6 brands covering markets including marketing, sales, HR, real estate, and consulting across the UK and US.

The Digital Marketing opportunity is a critical role with the goal of building the brands’ digital platforms and footprints. You have the opportunity to own the digital marketing function across the group, with the intention of becoming Digital Marketing Manager and a commitment to up-skilling your digital expertise.

The Digital Marketing Executive will:

• Utilise the digital platforms (database, website and marketing automation) to generate client and candidate leads for the business.
• Manage the websites’ CMS, building demand-generation campaigns and reporting on their effectiveness.
• Work closely with the rest of the team to generate campaign ideas and execute them across the key digital channels.
• Work on creating automated journeys, building templates and broadly developing the CRM function.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience building workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and comfortable working in cross-functional teams including product development and marketing.
• Understanding of complex data structures in order to support the data team in uploading and manipulating data for email campaigns.
• Experience with customer data profiling and segmentation.
