I am working on an exclusive mandate with a Series A funded start-up operating within the blockchain space that focuses on increasing accessibility to the crypto world. They are currently going through a hyper-growth phase and aim to increase their headcount from 40 to 100 by the end of the calendar year as well as secure their Series B round of funding, despite only being founded in 2018. After a successful brand launch at NFT NYC 2022 they are looking to scale out their marketing team and a key focus of theirs is onboarding a Multimedia Specialist.

As the Multimedia Specialist, you will drive creative content and own multimedia production to support Marketing & Sales needs that can amplify the company’s brand, generate demand for products and grow their community.



 In this role,

You will continuously learn about our products, market trends, and proactively identify what multimedia contents can best support our web pages, blog posts, social media posts, events, branding, product launch.As a graphic designer, you are versatile and efficient when designing visuals for web pages, blog posts, social media posts, events, marketing & sales collateral. You will work closely with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers to create short and compelling product videos, explainer video clips by animating slides and synthesizing voice over and background music.As a photographer, you have a trained eye to capture visually appealing images with a mastery of light, angles, positioning at live events attended by Magic team; you understand what to capture that can best support headlines, content themes.As a videographer, you are experienced with lighting, camera operation, sound operation and direction of subjects.You are quick at organizing, filtering, processing assets for live social media posts during events.You will clearly label and organize all the media assets you create and obtain.You can effectively manage agencies when opportunities arise.You will help refine brand design guidelines as needed.You understand assets that you create are means to help drive Marketing and Sales KPIs.You can serve as Macgyver when things don’t go as planned, be ready to pivot or make the best out of new variables or schedule changes.


What you bring to the table:

7+ years of professional multimedia experience with 3+ years working in the tech industry.Have a strong desire to understand Web3 (blockchain, crypto, NFT, etc.).Ability to cohesively connect visuals with text. Creativity but no ego; you understand and respect the fact that design is intended to support or elevate text. Versatility and flexibility; you can create assets and choose coordinating colors that are formal, classy and when to add humor and fun.Proficiency in graphic design tools, photo & video editing tools, visual & audio equipment operations.Excellent time management skills.Experience with using analytics tools to do A/B testing on designs is a big plus.Strong organization skills.Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation.Strong teamwork skills and cross-functional collaboration skills. Verifiable design work, photography, video production.
