We are working with a fast-growing leisure business who have quadrupled their number of venues in the last 6 months and have huge growth plans ahead.

There is a big task to drive unprompted brand awareness and also brand experience consistency across all of their sites

 

The Head of Brand will:

 

·       Be the brand guardian and deliver key TTL campaigns to drive brand awareness
·       Work on a clear positioning and customer segmentation strategy for the brand
·       Deliver first-class brand experiences across all venues and ensure consistency of approach, no matter which location you visit
·       Manage a team of 6, with sign off for more heads in 2022  

 

Required skills and experience for the Head of Brand role

 

·       Strong experience in developing and executing clear brand positioning and strategy in a consumer brand, where customer experience is central.

·       A proven track record of partnering with board-level stakeholders

·       Ideally, someone who can demonstrate how they have made a significant step change to the brand they have worked on and deliver concrete commercial results

·       TTL campaign experience and a strength in social media

·       Someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced, transformation environment and understands the flexibility and entrepreneurial mindset that requires
