Hi, my name is Luca and I’m a recruitment consultant in 3Search’s sales team. I partner with finance businesses across Europe, America and the Middle East as they scale their commercial teams.
I've worked in recruitment since 2021, supporting businesses across the SaaS, Fintech and Financial Services spaces as they hire into their sales departments. I headhunt talent across the breadth of the function – from Account Managers through to VPs of Sales.

George is one of the best headhunters in the web3 space and I can't recommend working with him enough. George goes above and beyond to find good placement for job seekers while simultaneously being mindful of the nitty gritty details like salary requirements, time frames, and more that come up on a job search. George doesn't work just 9-5 but is always available to communicate, get meetings scheduled, provide interview debriefs, and foster any connections made day or night.
