My client is one of the longer-standing UK architecture firms that since their inception have gone on to expand their reach globally, with offices in various countries.

They’re known for residential, commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, and transportation projects with a big presence in the EMEA region.

The Bid Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Coordination of bid strategy and production, including managing the go/no-go process and overseeing input from professional teams.
  • Bid writing and proofing responsibilities.
  • Organization and management of input from colleagues and external partners.
  • Explanation of the practice's approach, ethos, and focus on social value, sustainability, and value-add.
  • Proactive collaboration with studio leaders to gather market intelligence on opportunities in both public and private sectors.

Required skills and experience:

  • As Bid Coordinator, you'll have experience in the architectural bidding process.
  • Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach.
  • Familiarity with InDesign.
  • Strong organisation, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
  • Ability to have professional interaction with office leadership and clients across the globe.
