The Account Manager will focus on deepening relationships with key retail accounts, unlocking opportunities to drive sales growth, and ensuring high engagement across the platform. You’ll combine commercial creativity with day-to-day execution, identifying ways to boost revenue and retention while collaborating with product, supply, and marketing teams.

Role Highlights

The Account Manager will…

– Build and manage a portfolio of high-value fashion retailers
– Understand client needs and identify sales growth opportunities
– Lead strategic check-ins, performance reviews, and commercial planning
– Use data and insights to propose new initiatives and upsell opportunities
– Collaborate cross-functionally to drive platform success for retail partners

You Will Need

– 2+ years’ experience in account management, sales, or startup roles
– Strong relationship-building and communication skills
– A proactive, commercial mindset with the drive to exceed targets
– Comfortable with outbound outreach, phone calls, and in-person visits
– Bonus: fluency in French or German, or a background in fashion
