We are working with a growing consultancy focused on creating sustainable places for people to live, learn, work, and play. They aim to provide excellent service to clients and support their team’s growth. This role is available due to company expansion and offers a chance to join a busy and growing team.

The Bid Coordinator will:

• Manage all stages of the bid cycle.
• Craft compelling bid responses in collaboration with the team.
• Research and gather inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure all bids are compliant, commercially sound, and meet deadlines.
• Continuously improve bid quality and effectiveness.

Essential Skills:

• Significant experience in delivering quality bid submissions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; InDesign knowledge is an advantage.
• Experience with bid portals.
