As a Bid Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s strategic growth. You’ll shape and drive the content of important bids, contributing directly to their success.

As Bid Manager you will:

• Take ownership of gaining an in-depth understanding of our internal bid management processes and systems to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead the management of assigned bids, including the effective implementation of the Bids and Proposals Procedure. This involves organising and reviewing content and coordinating inputs from the bid team.
• Write technical and non-technical bid responses.
• Skillfully evaluate project timelines and resource needs essential for executing a proposal. Develop and manage proposal strategies accordingly to meet deadlines and resource constraints.
• Identify suitable bid writers and technical experts who can make valuable contributions to bids, ensuring that each proposal benefits from the right expertise.

The successful candidate will have:

• A good understanding of the construction and property industry
• Ability to manage a team
• Ability to manage own time with multiple tasks and within deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
