£45-50k + bonus

3Search are delighted to be partnering once again with a global FMCG company who are looking for an energetic and integrated Brand Manager to join the team. You'll be working on one of their most established brands within the portfolio- a global healthy snack brand. With strong market share in it's category, this brand needs a traditionally trained Brand Manager who is excited by brand building, digital marketing and has the energy and ambition to support brand growth through it's next chapter. 

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will support on brand plans from day 1, helping to continue to drive this brand forward. This is a fully integrated, 'classic' 360 brand management role which will encompass everything from brand strategy for the UK market, all comms with a digital-first strategy, as well as working closely with the Innovation Manager to feed into NPD ideas. Digital channels are an area of key growth including influencer marketing.

To thrive in the role it'll help if you have a passion/affinity for healthy food/lifestyle and wellbeing.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

  • Collaborating with internal teams
  • Supporting on the development of annual brand plans- ensuring consumer insights are at the heart
  • Supporting with the management of 360 integrated campaigns
  • Supporting the Innovation Manager with brand innovation pipeline
  • Working with the global brand team/internal studio on long-term campaign creative
  • Working with the Marketing Manager on the brand's digital and social presence (including developing influencer initiatives)
  • Working on brand partnership activities and campaigns
  • Management of external agencies

 

Key Skills:

  • Pro-active and self-motivated approach and happy working in a fast paced environment 
  • Experience working within FMCG- ideally food brands
  • Appreciation for both a corporate and agile working environment - this role will give you the best of both worlds!
  • Ability to work at pace across multiple work-streams
  • Confident stakeholder manager
  • Strong understanding of ATL and BTL channels as media planning

    • This role is hybrid with 3 days in the office and 2 from home (you can choose which days you go into the office)
