Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative content specialist to join our dynamic marketing team who support a portfolio of companies under the 11 Investments brand. This individual will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and has a proven track record in content creation, video production, social media management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production & Strategy

Develop innovative content ideas and strategies to support branding and marketing initiatives across multiple platforms for multiple platforms and brands. Develop the company’s voice and image in-line with branding and company goals while ensuring long term content creation strategy plans with senior management teams and other departments. Examples of areas of focus include articles, case studies, team profiles, sector vertical content

Video, Podcast, Event Production

Oversee the production and editing of high-quality videos, and scripts, from webinars, round tables and larger event. Create and manage podcasts/video series in house, ensuring engaging and compelling content that aligns with brand goals.

Social Media Management/Support

Manage (in-house and agency) and grow social media channels, support in creating engaging content, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement whilst managing agencies that could support in this area.

Brand Management

Maintain consistent brand messaging and visuals across all content and marketing materials. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure uniformity. Seeking out PR opportunities to produce branded content for media outlets through current network and new ones.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in content creation, video production, social media management and brand management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS, Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro and Canva
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing marketing agencies and suppliers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ambitious, driven, and personable with a passion for marketing and content creation.
  • SEO knowledge due to impact of content creation
  • Familiarity with podcast production and promotion.
