I am working with a leading travel insurance group that’s seen rapid growth over the last few years and have become a trusted name across the UK and Australia. They are known for their outstanding customer service, winning multiple industry awards and earnt a spot as one of the best companies to work for in London.
  
The Content Manager will have the opportunity to create dynamic, persuasive content for various channels, including web, email, print, and video. You'll drive the monthly content strategy, ensuring consistent tone and style across the groups 4 brands. This role also includes managing editorial planning, as well as being hands on with the copywriting.
  
The Content Manager will:
  • Lead monthly editorial planning and ideation for content across channels
  • Produce and optimise SEO-friendly content for websites using publishing systems like WordPress and Webflow
  • Craft compelling copy for email, social media, direct mail, and video scripts
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints, adapting style for each brand as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand cohesion and quality standards
  
Required skills and experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2C copywriting experience, with a strong grasp of SEO fundamentals
  • Proven experience generating new and innovative ideas
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
