Content Specialist – Dutch Native & English Speaking  


(Predominantly remote but must be based in Netherlands/Amsterdam)

The Role: 

I’m looking for a talented Content Specialist to look after the Dutch market. It’s crucial for this role that you are a Dutch Native and that you have the skillset to translate and manage the Content assets and social media channels. You will be in regular contact to the central marketing team but take full ownership of the Dutch market and the manage all the content in this remit.  

Content Manager Specialist will: 

  • Plan, create, deploy, and measure content across owned and organic channels (including organic social, CRM, web, and app) for designated markets. 
  • Work closely with local marketing team to understand commercial priorities, defining local calendar of activities and translating them into impactful content marketing. 
  • Work with the central content strategy team to identify relevant content themes and multi-market franchises and create tailored and locally relevant content marketing plans.  
  • Measure, optimise and report on content marketing plans, aligned to broader marketing KPIs. 

Required skills and experience: 

  • 3+ years’ experience in translating from English to Dutch 
  • Experience in content marketing – from planning and creation to deployment and measurement
  • Understanding and experience of using owned and organic channels incl. organic social, CRM, web and app  
  • Experience of shooting/creating social-first content  
  • Good copywriting skills  
  • Ability to switch from planning to execution mode, with exceptional attention to detail.  
  • Organised and good at working cross functionally in a matrixed business with multiple stakeholders.
