My client is a global business in the retail space, which is expanding in the Europe market. I’m looking for a Content Specialist who has excellent eCommerce knowledge and can build out this brand alongside the marketing team.
The Content Specialist will lead the creation, delivery and optimization of content across multiple channels, (Website, Social and email)
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be at the heart of building a long-term content strategy for a growing Retail brand in Europe. The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong product experience and understands managing multiple products simultaneously.
Your responsibilities:
- Establish and execute our full funnel content strategy that aligns with our brand and strategic goals. Develop a consistent voice across different channels.
Lead product detail page (product images, descriptions, enhanced content) refreshes with strong project management skills to ensure all content is uploaded correctly and on time.
Develop written content (blog posts, product detail pages)
Be the super user of CMS and retailer platforms to upload and update content
Constant monitoring and optimization of content on-site, reporting content performance back to key stakeholders
You must be experienced in:
Ideally 2+ years of experience in product content
Proficient in SEO, SEM and Social
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Knowledgeable in eCommerce and Product Detail Page content
Flexible approach to work, highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to be a team player in a fast-paced and dynamic team. Have a learner’s mindset and ability to adapt as we go.
