Content Writer

I’m currently working with a forward-thinking Fintech business that is also part of one of the most disruptive financial services businesses to date. 

This company specialises in Wealth and Investment Management so I’m keen to speak to Content and Writing professionals who have worked in this space. It is crucial for this role that you have a background in Financial Services and even better the investment world.

I’m looking for a versatile, hands-on writer and content creator. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is adept at making the complex simple, enjoys working across a range of formats and is looking to play a hands-on role in supporting the growth of a rapidly scaling company.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop product marketing content to include web copy, supporting marketing/sales collateral and customer case studies.
• Produce technical content – to include supporting in the creation of process documentation, release notes, user training content and videos. 
• Create and advise on customer comms – to involve providing content coaching to our customer-facing support teams, editing and sample checking the communications that they produce, as well as authoring your own. 
• Write blogs, social media and email marketing content to support our inbound marketing, along with long-form guides, reports and white papers that can serve as cornerstone content for campaigns 
• Inform the development of new campaigns and support/guide external content marketing agencies in bringing them to life

You must:

• Enjoy creating content! This is a role that will see you get your hands dirty and keep you busy creating content at pace 
• You like variety and can adapt to a wide range of formats and objectives – from top of funnel demand generation, through to post-sale customer comms. 
• You have an understanding of the financial planning market, along with a clear passion for the role that fintech and emerging technologies can play in its disruption 
• You’re highly organised and able to keep multiple plates spinning 
• You’re able to grasp complex concepts quickly and communicate them simply and clearly
