With millions of global users this business is no stranger to how to devise and deliver exceptional health & wellness technology. With new customer acquisition an ongoing focus, so to is a desire to elevate their existing creative across all paid media. 

We're looking for a digital native, creative thought leader who can own the creative strategy across all performance marketing content. This director will set the creative vision across multiple products, and oversee the roll-out of innovative and engaging paid ad creative by a talented team beneath them. 

What they need -

  • A seasoned director with an excellent track record of delivering "thumb-scroll stopping" ad creative for another high growth B2C business 
  • Someone who can capably manage a large team (70+ people - likely remotely), setting the creative strategy and supporting the ideation of campaigns
  • A creative leader who understands how to get the best out of designers, videographers, and content specialists to deliver world class performance marketing collateral
  • A digital-first creative strategist with experience managing paid ad creative for another business (we're talking double-digit millions on ad spend - this is not for the feint hearted!) 
  • Someone to unify the creative process & output - serving as the missing link between the performance marketing team and the ongoing evolution of their brand guildelines
  • A senior leader who can strategise and oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content that drives traffic, improves user experience, and ultimately drives sign-ups across all products 

What you're great at -

  • Identifying creative opportunities for paid media campaigns across multiple channels 
  • Motivating and inspiring a brilliant team of technical specialists and getting buy in to an overarching creative vision 
  • Balancing creativity and innovation with commercial objectives 
  • Liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders, setting the gold standard for performance marketing ad creative 
  • Spotting opportunities to innovate through paid media campaigns, delivering a creative strategy that will optimise existing spend 
  • Working with a relatively unstructured framework in terms of "brand guidelines", contributing to the ongoing refinement of the businesses brand TOV and visual aesthetic
