The Company:

I'm partnering with a brand-new customer marketing agency and consultancy with a clear mission: to help their clients unlock the potential value of their customer base through effective customer marketing strategies. They provide comprehensive solutions spanning marketing strategy, operations, and analytics to address our clients' marketing challenges.

The role:

As CRM Executive, you will be responsible for executing their clients' customer marketing strategies with precision and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in email marketing, be adept at reporting on campaign performance, and demonstrate a positive can-do attitude.

As CRM Executive you will:

You will be responsible for delivering client projects. This work varies but could include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, building automated programs, implementing dynamic content, and running A/B tests.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of customer marketing campaigns across channels such as Push and SMS.
  • Assisting the project lead in developing comprehensive CRM strategies for their clients, aligning with their business goals and objectives.
  • Providing support to colleagues and client teams during the migration and implementation of new platforms and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal functionality.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving basic platform or data issues that may arise during campaign execution or system usage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other relevant subject.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in CRM or related marketing roles.
  • Proficient in using a Braze MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Customer.io or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience with an analytics or BI tool such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, Tableau.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • A can-do attitude with willingness to get on with the job and make great things happen.
