The role will work across 2 women's fashion brands and will focus on managing and improving relationships with customers through various channels such as email, direct mail and customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying market trends, creating customer segments, analysing website performance and working with the marketing & ecommerce team to develop and execute CRM strategies that enhance customer retention, satisfaction and lifetime value.
As CRM Manager you will:
- Development and delivery of CRM strategy as well as executing campaigns across email & Direct Mail.
- Managing our customer referral programme - Mention Me.
- Regularly analyse CRM and email marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Develop creative briefs and work with the creative content team to build compelling email campaigns that drive results.
- Leverage user insights to personalise campaign content and conduct A/B tests to optimise email content, subject lines and other campaign elements for improved performance.
- Produce regular reports and insights to the senior team highlighting the impact of CRM and email marketing efforts against business goals.
What you'll need:
- 4 + years working across CRM and Email Marketing
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar ESPs
- Experience in writing and creating content as well as analysing content
- The ability to analyse data and insight to create new stories and key themes
- Understanding of consumer segmentation
- Strong communication skills along with a customer-oriented attitude
- Fashion experience desired but not essential
