I'm currently working with the UK's biggest and most trusted voucher site who partner with big brands like adidas, Samsung, John Lewis, Travelodge and Domino’s Pizza and they receive over 8 million visits per month. Right now, they’re looking for a CRM Manager: App and Lifecycle to work as part of their Marketing team in London.
CRM is central to the businesses growth and success. The CRM team’s primary goal is to truly engage our customers with deeply personalised communications to help drive customer loyalty and growth. This a key role in delivering this strategy across their direct marketing channels; App Push, Email and Content Cards.
Reporting to the Head of CRM, the CRM Manager: App and Lifecycle will have commercial ownership for our App, developing the strategy to grow App usage and revenue. They will also be responsible for designing, delivering and iterating automated customer journeys across their customer lifecycle, ensuring customer engagement with the right message, at the right time via the right channel. Previous experience with App communications and experience building automated customer workflows is essential. Fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders including Marketing, Product & Engineering and Business Intelligence will be key to success.
