This business was established in 2018 to fill a market void for collagen-based products that promote women's health and wellness.

They're looking for an accomplished marketer to join the dynamic team and play a pivotal role in propelling the growth of our rapidly expanding brand.

As the CRM Manager, you'll work closely with the Marketing Director to craft and implement a robust CRM strategy. In this multifaceted role, you'll engage with various teams, including Brand, Design, ECommerce, Partnerships, Nutrition, and Innovation, as well as external agencies and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Marketing Director to shape and refine the CRM strategy in alignment with the brand's goals.
  • Develop and execute compelling email and SMS marketing campaigns to educate customers, boost conversions, drive subscriptions, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize email content, subject lines, send times, and other variables for enhanced performance.
  • Establish and manage automated email flows, encompassing onboarding, re-engagement, and post-purchase sequences.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Nurture the relationship with Klaviyo, ensuring optimal utilization of all platform features.
  • Collaborate with diverse departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to align CRM efforts with overarching business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in ecommerce CRM management, encompassing both email and SMS campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Klaviyo or equivalent email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of data for actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on optimizing customer engagement and ROI.
  • Desirable experience with subscription models.
