I'm partnering with a brand-new customer marketing agency and consultancy with a clear mission: to help their clients unlock the potential value of their customer base through effective customer marketing strategies. They provide comprehensive solutions spanning marketing strategy, operations, and analytics to address their clients' marketing challenges.
In this role you will play a pivotal part in establishing and growing the company. You will be responsible for effectively delivering client projects, to a standard that builds the reputation and nurtures client relationships.
As CRM Manager you will:
You will be responsible for delivering client projects. This work varies but could include:
Developing best-in-class multi-channel contact strategies for our clients that align with their business goals and objectives.
Managing email marketing operations, including audience segmentation, building automated programs, and managing dynamic content.
Executing customer marketing campaigns across channels such as Push and SMS.
Reviewing existing client activity and identifying opportunities to improve performance, processes, and efficiency.
Assisting with the implementation and migration to new marketing automation tools.
Analysing campaign performance, extracting meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations to optimise future campaigns.
Analysing customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities.
3+ years of marketing experience, specifically within CRM.
Extensive experience in email marketing and familiarity with other channels such as Push, In-App, SMS, and Paid Media.
Experience with various marketing automation tools such as Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Oracle, Emarsys, MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, Customer.io, or HubSpot.
Familiarity with at least one Customer Data Platform (CDP) tool such as Segment, Bloomreach, Tealium, or Blueconic.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker, or Tableau.
Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of retention and marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), cohort analysis, and Lifetime Value (LTV) modelling.
