Created in 2015, this business is an apparel brand and online retailer, designing trend defining men’s and women's fitness apparel, which is sold from their direct to consumer eCommerce store to millions of fans and customers world-wide.

Their mission is to inspire and champion the inner athlete in their pursuit of self defined greatness and to provide the platform and resources they need to become better than yesterday.

They’re looking for a dynamic CRM Manager to join the growing team in a brand new role. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you’ll manage the CRM function ensuring this aligns with business objectives including acquisition, lifecycle and retention. You’ll lead and develop there existing loyalty programme, develop the user journey through email, feeding back to wider teams on customer behaviour and characteristics.

As CRM Manager you will:

  • Work with the Head of Digital Marketing to set KPIs, reporting and benchmarks around, but not limited to; newsletter sign-ups, customer retention, engagement, revenue and CTLV.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for lead generation across E-Commerce, and work with teams to drive acquisition on paid platforms.
  • Create and own a segmentation strategy that delivers a tailored experience for customer cohorts and groups based on behaviours and characteristics.
  • Design & execute automations to build customer relationships and support acquisition and retention.
  • Weekly, monthly and annual reporting on campaign and automation performance with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design & execute a testing roadmap in-line with best practice.
  • Manage and develop our loyalty programme with Loyalty Lion to improve UX and UI.

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in developing and implementing CRM Strategy in a retail DTC environment.
  • Expert at using ESP platforms, preferably Klaviyo.
  • Ability to see the story behind the numbers and identify opportunities from this.
  • Have an understanding of customer behaviour and how best to drive conversions.
  • A self-starter with an inquisitive mind that can put themselves in the customers’ shoes.
